Appointment bookings and cancellation policy
- For all new client appointments with Dermagen’s medical physician, a $50 deposit is required to secure the appointment. The deposit will be taken off the cost of treatment if the client goes ahead with it. If a treatment is not undertaken, then the $50 is a consult fee.
- Any new clients who wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or their deposit will be forfeited. In the case of a pre-paid package, failure to give 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting that treatment. Existing clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will be asked to secure all future appointments with a deposit.
- Clients who cancel or reschedule their appointments more than twice on any occasion will be required to leave a $50 deposit to secure any ongoing future appointments.
- Clients who arrive less than 30 minutes late will have their treatment time reduced, but still charged at the full price.
- Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will not have their treatment honoured. This is to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced.
Terms & Conditions for TREATMENT PACKAGES
- Packages must be paid in full at time of purchase.
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- You will need to present your treatment package card in order to redeem your treatments. We are unable to waive the fee for treatment unless this voucher is presented.
- Packages must be used within 12 months for facial treatments and 18 months for IPL treatments, commencing on the date of purchase.
- We are unable to grant extensions past the validity date.
- Cancellation of appointments requires 24 hours notice. As we allocate time to your treatment, failure to give 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting that treatment.
- No other discounts apply, and a reward card cannot be issued at time of purchase.
- Existing Reward Cards may be used towards purchase of treatment packages.
Terms & Conditions for GIFT VOUCHERS
- Valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- Must be presented to be redeemed.
- Fully transferable.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If, when redeeming a gift voucher, the value is greater than the product or service value, no cash will be refunded. In place of the change, a gift voucher will be issued with the change amount.
- Can be used towards the purchase of a package.
- Specific terms and conditions apply if using gift vouchers to purchase a treatment package.
- Dermagen Clinic takes no responsibility for the loss of gift vouchers. A replacement voucher will not be issued if the voucher is lost (this is to avoid the situations when voucher was reported lost but found later and used).
Terms & Conditions for REWARD CARDS
- Our reward card is issued to the value of 5% of the service or product purchased.
- minimum purchase $50 on a single transaction
- The reward value is redeemable on all products or services, regardless of whether it is discounted, but cannot be issued on discounted items
- The reward card cannot be redeemed on the same day of issue
- More than one reward card can be redeemed at one time
- reward cards must be presented to be redeemed
- If, when redeeming any reward cards, the combined reward card value is greater than the product or service value, no cash will be refunded. In place of the change, a credit voucher will be issued with the change amount
- Reward card cannot be transferred for cash or exchanged for a gift voucher
- Reward card may only be used toward a gift voucher for the introduction of new clients.
- Reward card will not be reissued if lost or stolen
- Fully transferable to another person
- Valid for 6 months

Collection of Information
Dermagen Clinic collects information that is relevant to our business-client relationship with you. We collect such information for the purpose of providing you with a service. If you do not provide the requested information, we may not be able to provide the service to you.
Dermagen Clinic may also use this information for contacting you for statistical or research analysis, contacting you regarding our products or services, confirming appointments, advising of current offers via email or post.
Disclosure of information
Any information you supply to us is considered private and is not at any time ever supplied in any form to other parties outside of our clinic. The information you provide Dermagen Clinic is strictly confidential and we are committed to the protection of your privacy. If, in any case any information is to be used for any marketing purposes including the use of photographs, Dermagen Clinic will seek your permission prior to any disclosure of information or use of any photographs.
Enquiry forms on website
A page of this web site provides facility for users to fill out an online form for the purpose of making enquiries about our services or products. We will ask you to provide only enough personal information to fulfil that purpose. We may record it to facilitate follow up and for statistical analysis. Your email address is collected so we can send you occasional mailings about offers, new products, competitions and current newsletter. You may unsubscribe from this service at any time. Only authorised Dermagen Clinic staff will have access to this information.
